2008 Haier M-End air conditioner
Designed by TAO in 2007, it won the Red Dot Design Award in 2008.
2009 Haier Economical Air Conditioner
Designed by TAO in 2009, by August 2011, 400,000 units of this air conditioner had already been sold in China. It became the most popular economical air conditioner by Haier that year. Today, after over a decade, this air conditioner is still the best-selling model and can even be found in the European market, such as in Italy.
2009 Haier Concept Air Conditioner
The air conditioner was designed by TAO in 2009 and three years later, in 2012, it was successfully implemented and sold as the "Emperor Zun" series by Haier. In 2012, it was chosen as one of the "Top 10 Creative Products Influencing the World." On April 15th, the ICEC (World Creative Economy Research Center), a globally recognized organization for creative industry research, published the list of Top 10 Creative Products Influencing the World. Haier Group introduced this air conditioner that revolutionized the industry with its shift from square to round design. It was the only selected product in the household appliances category and ranked fourth on the list.
The agency stated that the selected products were not only highly creative but also brought a new perspective to the industry's development, even reshaping the trajectory of the industry in which the products belong. Due to TAO's outstanding contributions to advanced design research, they received the Silver Innovation Award for Outstanding Contributions from Haier in 2010.
2012 CHEARI CMF Trend Report
In 2012, TAO on behalf of the China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute, released the first trend report on CMF (Color, Material, and Finish) for household appliances in Beijing. Hundreds of Chinese companies and institutions were invited to participate.
2018 Daikin Heat Pump
The heat pump was designed by TAO in 2017 for Daikin Europe. In the same year, the heat pump also received recognition and awards from the IF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award, and the Focus Open Design Award. TAO's design competence was acknowledged by Daikin in Europe, and they were also responsible for designing the heat pump remote control in the same year.
